Vienna Beef hot dogs, loaded nachos, and a menu that doesn't cut corners. Grab a dog, grab a seat.
Loki flies wingman on every run — bomber jacket zipped, aviators on, first in line for quality control on the Chicago Style. If there's a hot dog on deck, Loki's already got a bite planned.
Meet the Founder
The owner and founder of Hot Shotz Chicago Style Hotdogs is Ryan Pilota. I grew up on the south side of Chicago, and for many years the Chicago style hot dog was a staple at any barbecue or sporting event. Once I moved out here to Arizona, it was difficult to find a really good Chicago style hot dog — hence the reason we started this small food truck business.
The Loki story is kind of funny: we were having a barbecue at our home, and Loki was just a puppy at the time. He literally devoured both of my Chicago style hot dogs right off my plate. At that point, a lightbulb went off — I pictured him basically swooping in and eating a hot dog, and that's what started this whole thing.
I look forward to meeting you, and I'd love to swap stories if you're from Chicago too.
